How it works?
AT ACS, through many years of delivering cross-functional robust outsourcing solutions across various industries, we have fashioned out and mastered a proven methodology for remote support. Our ability to provide maximum flexibility, unmatched reliability, and technical capabilities covering most major accounting regulatory frameworks set us apart from the herd.
A dedicated account manager is assigned for each partner firm. Every account manager carries a globally recognized professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 5 years of client service experience in a sizable accounting firm. The account manager becomes your one-point contact for the length of your relationship with ACS.
Below is a brief outline of the onboarding and service processes.

Aspiring partner firms contact ACS through contact form, email, or messenger.

At the agreed time, the prospective partner receives a call from the solutions expert. The firm's client base, services, and shared services needs are understood and documented.

The prospective partner receives an acknowledgment to establish a suitable time to schedule a call with a solutions expert.

An internal KYC and evaluation take place. If approved, within 24 hours, the prospective partner firm receives a detailed proposal document, followed by another call from the solution expert to respond to their questions and ensure that the solution perfectly aligns with the partner's shared services needs.
The components and scope of the final solution are detailed within a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is provided to the partner firm for review. This document is accompanied by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that also requires the partner’s approval and signatures.
